put some vinager or wine out in a cup they will be attracted to it and drown!!
Hi Cdk
Pour a little wine or red vinegar into a small glass or glass jar. Cover the glass or jar with plastic wrap, then poke some holes in the plastic wrap. Fruit flies will be attracted to the wine, will enter the glass, but won't be able to get out. Eventually they will die. Wishing you the best.
Hello. I take little bowls and add apple cider vinegar, a little bit of dish soap, and then just enough water so the soap starts to bubble a little. Leave them out on the counters and you should start seeing them trapped in the bowls.
Hi CDK, I'd had fruit flies and they're awful. I put a bit of apple cider vinegar in a glass and put some clear plastic wrap on top to seal it. Then poked a few holes in the wrap; it works.

Here's a tutorial I wrote that might help you - https://chascrazycreations.com/diy-bug-repellents-traps/
Fill a microwave-safe bowl with apple cider vinegar and a few drops of dish soap. Microwave the bowl so the mixture becomes even more aromatic. Leave the bowl out uncovered as fruit fly bait. The soap will reduce the surface tension, causing any fruit fly that lands on the surface to drown.
