How often do I use rose pellets and Miracle Grow?
if I sprinkled pellet rose food around base of plant last week, how long before I should feed plants with miracle grow ?

you should not.....you'll over fertilze causes more harm than good Best thing to use is good clean organic compost all around roses in fall when they die back for winter, compost has all winter to feed them. healthy soil equals healthy plants stay away from a bunch of unneeded chemicals
To feed my roses, I give them a gallon of water with several scoops of miracle grow mixed in the water. Then I pour it on the ground around the roses. They will make use of the liquid feed instantly.
I have used both and never had problems, the liquid gets used sooner than the slow release, don't worry about the wait time. The pellets get used when the roses get watered or rained on.
