Most ceramic tile does not need to be sealed, just the grout.
Seal all of the floor, Meg.
The tiles if shined don’t get sealed. They already are. Just the grout.
Seal all of it if you are unsure. It won't hurt the tile to be resealed if it is already sealed.

Grout only. You can check to see if it needs it by dropping a small amount of water on the grout line. If it beads up, it is ok. If it doesn't time to seal/re-seal.
