Can you recommend a non-toxic sealer for bird baths?

I'm looking for a non-toxic sealer for bird baths or fish pond made from cement hopefully in the spray product thank you

Spray polyurethane
Cement is toxic to fish.
Probably a marine grade sealer to protect the cement and fish.
Do a Google search, you will find the products that you need.
Marine epoxy will fix it!
