Where? Flower beds? Lawn? In between pavers? I use boiling water, white vinegar or dig out by hand.
I use a mixture of a gallon of white vinegar, a half cup of salt, and a couple spoon fulls of Dawn dish soap. You'd be surprised how fast it works.
Cribbstyle has a good recipe, but keep in mind that it can't tell the difference between what are weeds and what are not.

This is not an exact science – approximate measures are totally fine 1 gallon white vinegar and cup Epsom salts and ¼ cup liquid dish soap Combine ingredients in spray bottle and treat weeds at the hottest time of day for best results.
