You must first make a wooden frame for the mold, then pour the concrete. Seal with laquer after drying for a few days.
First . . . Take a look at the construction of your existing cabinets to see if they can carry the extra weight. Concrete is heavy! I have seen some DIY fails in my neighborhood just by trying to save a few bucks. Be smart, do your homework first before jumping in.
