How can I solidify a gravel path?
I know polymeric sand will harden between stones,but can you tamp it down on a gravel path(that keeps looseing gravel),water it,and it solidify ?

The kit came with little tiny gravel stones. I would like to replace them with bigger more attractive stones. What is the purpose of these stones? just to look good?
If you have a large area I would use a bag of dry cement and dust it over the gravel surface rather than use the sand which may wash away. Moisten with a fine spray to get it to activate and then let it dry well. Do not use a heavy spray or you will wash it away. You should use a mask over your mouth and nose when you do this. It may help to brush the powder into the gravel one you have spread it to make sure it gets down into the base.
Here's my firepit. I used 'concrete sand' from Lowes and leveled it with a dry 4" paint brush. The water it took to gently rinse the top of the flagstones was enough to wet the sand. Click my profile pic for instructions.
