How can I cover these 3 ugly holes inside my front door?

live in condo, the bottom 2 are screws holding mandatory door knocker. The other a peep hole. Thinking similar to bottom pic with a working hinged door, opening so can use the peep hole.

About 8” long to cover all 3

Hopefully smaller and simpler so I can do it Or has anyone seen one premade?

What about hanging a sturdy framed mirror on hinges? That way you can open it when you want to look out the peephole - but it’s useful and attractive the rest of the time?

ideas https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-tyC1Ob4GY more https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7bqYnVhORdM just get some really small hinges add to front of these house shaped boxes (probably piano hinges on inside of box would be best & would be hidden) and add a piece of wood(light weight balsa wood)on the front with little rope/leather handle or some type of dresser drawer pull to open it....cute idea........ you can get any of these supplies at art/craft stores like Blick,Micheals or on Amazon maybe even Walmart any hardware stores too.

  • Hang a wreath or door hanger over it to disguise it.

I go with the frame on hinges. Either a mirror or picture. The house shelf in your photo looks too bulky. You could build one thinner. You also need some way to secure it close so it doesn't flop around when the door is opened or closed. Maybe a disc magnet. I have the same setup as you do. I see no reason to cover it up.
