Get your self a good set of canisters or make a set .then if you drink coffee make a coffee bar .sugar sweater tea bags coffee will be in canisters and coffee pot and go from there small organized spots you use
Counter tops should be organized to service you the best way you need them. For example, I had my utensils in a large holder next to my stove but out of reach from when I needed to unload the dishwasher. I moved our microwave this weekend to the far side of the stove and moved the utensils so they were over the dishwasher but still next to the stove. It simplified everything! Why did it take me so long to figure that out? Keep the counter simple and cleaned off as much as possible. I recently made a spice holder out of old 2 x 4's to set them near the stove too. My kitchen is so much easier to use now!

I have an old kitchen with an ugly yellow Formica countertop. It's not in the budget for a new kitchen....so, any ideas to change the look would really be appreciated...

I want to refurbish my kitchen/bath countertops with peel and stick floor tiles. Is this possible and if so what prep work do I need to to to ensure that they stick?
