You may be able to pull dents out with a suction cup like they do on auto fenders. Otherwise, I'd suggest sanding and applying Bondo to the area, then sand, and repaint.
I got a dent out with a plunger it worked really well.
I used an epoxy made by J-B Weld. It dries super hard, so make it as smooth as possible before it dries.

The other day I saw a you tube on this. Take a hair dryer and super heat the spot, it should take several minutes. Then the presenter shook up a can of canned air used for blowing off computer keyboards and immediately inverted the can and spray -froze the area. Wipe away the frost and the metal popped back with no dent. I was amazed.
