You can use the epoxy kits for ceramic but painted sinks usually don't hold up. Will eventually peel and make a big mess. The epoxy paint holds up the best.
We used Feather finish a couple of times and love how it turned out. It's held up well.

Hi Debra,
You can use paint, add concrete over the top or the Rustoleum Countertop transformation kit. I think the concrete and Rustoleum product will hold up better than paint.
