How can I upcycle two roller blinds?
Hi fellow hometalkers. Any ideas what i can do with two roller blinds?. Roughly about 5ft long. Thank you.
I think it would make a lovely plant stand.
Yes , then it inside down and attach a piece of wood on the top and hang it on your wall and use as a shelf ! Paint it or stain it . Have fun !
Hello there,
Looks as if the balance is all wrong! You should have the widest splay of legs at the bottom, and this looks top heavy! Could be used console table in the hall against a wall. Paint or stain and add a new top over the existing oblong shape and add a trim to hide the fixings. Cover with Marble Contact, or decorate to taste!
I would paint it and use it as a plant stand up under a window. Upcycling is a great way to reuse many items and your wooden ironing board is a classic! Wooden never goes out of style either. You have a great piece to preserve in a display kind of way, i.e. a plant stand
Here are dozens of images of wooden ironing board upcycles to choose from!

put rubber feet on it may make it sturdier. Then stain in a dark wood.
I love the idea of using these old ironing boards as laundry signs maybe with something simple like these clipart images of vintage clothes hung out to dry on a clothesline?

I would paint something on it and hang it on the wall for a new piece of home décor. You can use stencils and paint something on it. I saw a sign that said "Irony: The opposite of Wrinkly", which would be cute.
