Can you give me ideas for a nice catcher for bottom of a rain gutter?
I need some ideas for the bottom of our rain gutter! We live it a log cabin and we need a cool ending for where the rain/water comes out.

Would a rain chain be a possibility?
Maybe place some brick around the end to make a platform to place a garden sculpture or art on it .
How about a rain barrel ? Could be a large trash container or some sort of decorative container. Use the water for indoor and outdoor plants/garden.

I remember once seeing a gutter catcher shaped like leaves (maybe ceramic dishes)? but I can't find it now.
Rain chains are pretty but creates another problem of water to foundation unless you have a rain barrel and a place for the rain to be released out of the bottom of the barrel.
Try one of the concrete made from a large leaf like from a pumpkin vine. You place a mound of sand turn the leaf upside down and form it to what you want then coat with 3/4" of concrete. Use plastic wrap in between the leaf and concrete. Place at the bottom of the rain spout that has an extension away from the cabin into the yard and position the leaf at the end of that.
Look at purchasing a rain barrel.
