You could purchase or build a small wishi g well to cover the "stump".

Hi Talina. I'm Cindy. We have a small wooden well over ours. It has a roof and also has a small wooden "bucket" too. Every Spring I plant Wave Petunias in the bucket. They grow up and over the bucket. I think it looks very pretty.
