I usually attack soap scum with a mixture of vinegar and Dawn dish soap. Since your stone has no finish, I would test it in a small spot first.
Scrape it gently with a plastic credit card. Then wipe down with Windex on a soft t-shirt.

You could try a Pumice stone if Flash doesn't work. Really needs a sealer if you get it right again. Otherwise you may be able to salvage it by using a Stone and Brick cleaner, or if not try using Stain Blocker from Paint Dept. and use a Stone paint
and then seal it.

TSP cleaner or check Home Depot. They have a tile cleaner in the tile department made especially for that.
