3 DIY Holiday Sugar Scrubs You Must Make This Winter!
You’ll love giving away these DIY Holiday Sugar Scrubs because they are simple, affordable, and useful…yes even for men too, whether you think so or not. Just put one in the shower, see if your husband leaves smelling like peppermint.
Think of how great it’ll be when you have gifts all ready to go for your family, friends, coworkers, or maybe that person you forgot to add to your list… whoops!
This is a super simple and fun craft you can easily do by yourself or with a group of girlfriends while drinking wine or maybe some spiked cider, yum!
You can customize your sugar scrubs to fit your wants and needs! With using different kinds of sugar crystals you can utilize their granule sizes for different purposes. If you’re making a face scrub, you’ll want white fine grain sugar crystals. But if you’re making a foot scrub you’ll want more coarse granules like cane sugar or even sea salt!
Additionally, if you can’t stand the smell of peppermint, then don’t use it! With hundreds of choices for essential oils, you can easily blend scents together to fit what you like and what suits you best. Just make sure to do your research to make sure that the particular oils you want are skin-safe and should be used for your end goal in mind.

I'm going to make these scrubs! I think I'll substitute something for the coconut oil though. I cannot stand the smell of coconut! Thanks for sharing!

Olive oil works well. Vit E oil might be a bit expensive I’d think.

Coconut oil does not smell like coconut and is awesome for ur skin.
Have a question about this project?
Where do you get turbinado sugar
Sugar in the raw is the same thing if it’s not called turbinado
Is the coconut oil in liquid form or are you using the cooking kind that is solid in the jar?
I would use liquid coconut oil to avoid it solidifying and clogging drains.
I can't wait to make these scrubs for holiday gifts. But, I did not receive the email confirmation to access the gift labels. Can I email you directly to get this? Thank you!
