How big a mirror? this is last one we did (well there was a pair) we had the frames and also just happened to have the mirrors.
Go to lowes or home depot and buy corner pieces, then all you have to do is cut the straight pieces. You will find this in the molding section. Paint all the pieces the color you want to. I used Rustoleum because I did not want brush marks. Use construction adhesive to glue the frame on. Wala finished.
hometalk has some ideas:

I framed my bathroom mirror. I had Home Depot cut some molding down to size for me. I used wood rosette moldings in the corners. I painted everything and hung the mirror with Command strips! You can see my tutorial here: https://momhomeguide.com/diy-bathroom-mirror-one-room-challenge-week-4/
I bought very thick decorative molding at Home Depot and Lowes. I used 2 methods. One bathroom has a mitred edge. I used a mitre box. The other bathroom has straight cuts and decorative corners. I would advise using Rustoleum spray paint on the frame. It is oil based and resists water around the sink. Spray the back of the frame as well, because you see it in the mirror if you do not do that. Use a good construction glue. I like loctite Power grab. I used painters tape to keep it in place while drying.
