Question: Does the paint dry fast and does it leave a strong paint smell?

Hello Demetria! You must be asking a question regarding a specific post/project. You will need to go back to that project and ask your question there. If you scroll down after viewing the project post there is a place to ask questions to the person who created the project for you to see!
I think this is a quest for a specific project. You cAn ask at the bottom.
Hi Demetria - It depends on what kind and brand you purchase. But most paints these days dry pretty quickly and don't have as strong of a smell. They still smell, but definitely not as bad as "back in the day." Hope this helps and good luck with your project. Hugs, Holly
What kind of paint are you referring to? I have a lot of knowledge about paint and I can recommend a chalky paint called Fusion Mineral Paint that does not smell and dries fairly quickly.
If you want to avoid smell, you could also use chalk paint.
It depends on the paint. When we use a primer, we buy aroma free Kilz primer as it gives the least amount of odor. You should paint with good ventilation anyway. In my sister's basement shower, we turned on all the fans to air it out.
What type of paint are you using?
Oil based paint let’s off very strong fumes. Latex paint or chalk paint fumes are less harsh.
