First, you need to understand why the condensation forms. Wherever hot meets cold, moisture forms on the warm side. Double paned windows help this because the gap between the windows is an insulator. You can mimic this inexpensively by using window plastic shrink wrap.
Ventilating properly also helps. Always use your vent fans when cooking or bathing.

Run your pop up fans in the ceiling and over the stove to expel excess moisture. Buy a dehumidifer to remove excess moisture.
Install window film insulation kits over the windows, you can get them at the Dollar Tree during winter months.
