Hi ! Paint works wonders !!! Just paint the walls , even paint the vanity . Change out the faucet and hardware . Pick out new towels . bath mats , and shower curtain . I found peel and stick vinyl wood look plank flooring , it cost me less than $50 to re do my bathroom floor ! Good luck !!!
Paint the walls and vanity in coordinating colors. Add a new shower curtain and towels for a different color. Change out the towel holders and toilet paper holder for new ones. If your floor has grout, use grout Refresh and change or clean up the color.
Put a nice bath mat on the floor. Frame your mirror. Hope all this helps.

Paint if you can. If you can't, new linens and a shower curtain will go a long way toward an update.
