Hello Maryann,
Use Timber Molding or Wallpaper Border or Stick on Tile covers or Trim with Ribbon or braid etc.......Best wishes
There are several projects showing how to do this. You can search by frame mirror to choose your favorite. I’ve seen tile, wood, and metal.

You can buy picture molding at Home Depot and make a wooden frame that you attach to the wall. The rabbit in the wood will cover the edge of the mirror.
This site sure makes it look easy!

Hi there: the easiest way is to get molding at Home Depot or Lowes, and get the designer corners. Measure well, and Home Depot or Lowes will even cut the molding to size for you. Remember to take into account the width of the corner pieces. Paint, let dry and then use construction glue and glue them right on the mirror frame. No miter cuts are needed for this.
Hi Mayann, you can put a frame right on the wall around the miror withiut having to remove it, hope this helps you out.
