Hi Ruby. You can add glitter to glue, then paint the glue on an ornament. The glue should dry clear leaving the glitter behind. An easy way to keep the glitter from rubbing off is to spray it with hair spray.

Use Glitter nail varnish maybe? or Mod podge and then sprinkle the glitter and allow to dry! Have fun...........
Hi . Get some spray adhesive and use that . Do one side at a time , just spray it and sprinkle the glitter over it . After it dries you can spray a clear coat over it , to keep protect it !
You can pull off the top of the ornament and use a small funnel to fill the clear glass ornaments with glitter.
