Learn how to transform a plain pillow into a custom Valentine’s Day pillow, using some glitter iron-on and your Cricut EasyPress!
With your Cricut machine and some glitter iron-on you can create your own custom Valentine pillow in just a few minutes. This is a great project for beginners and is also the perfect gift to give a friend – change the color of the pillow or the iron-on to customize it even more!
- Cricut Maker – could also use Cricut Explore
- Cricut EasyPress
- Cricut Glitter Iron-On in Red
- decorative pillow
Step 1: In Cricut Design Space click on the shapes button and click on the heart shape.
Step 2: Size your heart based on the size of the pillow, and cut with your Cricut. *Don’t forget when using iron-on to “mirror” the image and put your iron-on shiny side down on your mat!
Step 3: Peel off the excess iron-on and lay your heart on to the pillow with the shiny side facing up.
Step 4: Use your EasyPress to adhere your heart to the pillow. Since this pillow is already filled (not a pillow cover) be sure to press down firmly.
And voila! With just some vinyl and your Crciut EasyPress, you can easily transform a plain pillow for any holiday!
