I hope the projects linked above help. Recently, I did a declutter at my mother-in-law's kitchen. There were so many bowls without lids or lids without bowls, broken or chipped dishes, scratched non stick cookware, and other issues like staining. Once I got rid of all the items that shouldn't be used or didn't work any longer I freed up about half of her kitchen space. Not to mention expired items! So you might want to keep that in mind as well in your project.

If it is an item you never use, put it in a sell or donate box. I do keep things that I use on a random basis, like items to serve large groups of people and some tools that are used most often during the holiday season. If you have too many pots and pans, keep the ones you use on a regular basis and donate those you do not. Kitchen gadgets can become overwhelming. I have many of them and do use them. If you don't, then give away. You will be surprised how much space you can free up, then organize the items you use and truly love. Good luck.

Throw all your junk out :D Just kidding, but my best tip for decluttering is to pull EVERYTHING OUT. some stuff should be instantly identifiable as trash. otherwise, sort like with like. you will discover where you have duplicates.
Hi Sandra - We have a large kitchen but an awkward layout that does not allow for a lot of storage. Here are some great ideas you can use too. Hope this helps! Hugs, Holly
