There are stores that sell discontinued furniture. You can do a Google search. You can also try Ebay. Otherwise find a chair that looks close to the style and paint it.

You might want to take a couple of good photos of a remaining chair and do a "reverse Google image" search on the internet. This may lead you to do a bit of sleuthing to find a replacement!

If there is a retail shop near you, some Amish made furniture can be customized to your needs with their many choices in legs and finishes. Might be worth a look at a website or phone call if no storefront near by. Their handcrafted custom furniture created for you is exquisite quality.
Try your local facebook market place. Put a picture up and request one. It has worked for me a few times in the past.
If you can't find chairs, you might try making a stencil and painting some to match. The design in the middle would be difficult but I think you could do the edge pattern fairly easily.
To get the smooth finish use several coats of a spray polyurethane.
