Hi Kathy, Nan provided a nice article for you. A friend of my made two different ones. One by having the front of the tub cut out and on a second had the tub cut in half across to make "chairs" and added legs to the fronts of them. Keep in mind, the claw foot tubs are very low to the ground seating, even with cushions, unless you customize the feet somehow.

Hi Kathy,
You would need to use a Circular cutting tool that is hand held, Goggles and Safety Gloves and a friend to help you. When shape is cut and you are happy, grind down the edges so they are not sharp ( you ma be able to buy a U shape grip edge to cover it from DIY or online)! Best wishes.............
I am not sure if you have any carpentry skills, and if not, it would make a beautiful plant bed! Different plants and colors.
