Check out websites of Wood or Woodsmith magazine (or other sites) to find plans. You can get digital or hard copy plans at free or low cost.
Here are a set of plans. You don’t say what kind of tools and equipment you but these types of projects normally require a good assortment of tools, including some specialty tools. A tablesaw, miter saw, cordless drill/driver and more. I have built many cabinets, and a fair amount of furniture as well as various smaller projects. In fact, I am currently working on a burial urn. The point is that I couldn’t do it without my shop full of equipment.

Use google drive to create your own. It's very handy and easy to create one. Good luck
As you have noticed, most of the solutions are based on pegboard. The fundamental question is how heavy are your tools? As in when they are all together, will pegboard hold them up?
there is a reason that tool cabinets are made out of steel.
I suggest clipping coupons out of Harbor freight, if the majority of your tools are steel.
if not, remember that and you spend longer than 3 feet is going to fail if you are using wood shelving.
Please give us more information and we can be more specific on our solutions. Thanks
Hometalk should have a few ideas for you (try the search bar at the top left) but if not, a search on Google will turn up loads of plans to check out.
Hi there,
Or you could buy a Used Wardrobe or Cupboard and adapt it to suit your needs.
