How to hang knife holder?
I just got a magnetic knife and want to hang on ceramic tile backsplash, can I use hot glue or some other kind? Maybe E6000? It weighs 17 oz.

Hi Jan I would use something stronger than hot glue. Household cement comes to mind but I would go check out your hardware store's collection of glue and look for something specific for stone/masonry. Once you get the glue you will want to put it on there and tape the knife rack to the wall for at least 24 hours to really let it cure.
You could drill into your tile and put in screws if the glue doesn't work out.
Hi Jan, you might be able to use Command Hooks, take a look at what they did here

It sounds so dangerous not to hang this more securely. I can’t help picturing the knife block coming down and knives falling all over. Could you build a frame and anchor them through the bottom of the cupboards above - if you can’t screw into the tile?
Could you hang your new knife rack under a cabinet - screwed into the bottom?

Hot glue won't work. E6000 may. Probably would be better off using foam double stick tape
