Gorgeous very heavy metal head board and foot board?
I found on the street a gorgeous very heavy metal head board and foot board. Any creative ideas for using them?

You can use as is. Nice to get rid of so much wood in bedroom. Or, use as head and foot board on the ends of a raised flower bed. Comes out really cute.
thank you for your suggestion, but I live in the apartment in a city and don't have a flower bed. Those two pieces look more like a decorative art, but I would like to re-purpose them.

What are the dimensions of each piece and how much do you think each one weighs?
It is really hard to second guess what you may mean by 'decorative art'.
If you posted a picture of the pieces you found, we could instantly see what you have to work with.
You are absolutely right. I though about it. Will post a pic.
Hi Isabelle,
Besides using it in your garden, had you thought it might be good enough to sell to someone on eBay etc.
True. But how does one price an item like that? I am going to post a pic. Will be easier to discuss. Thank you.
You could use them on your bed - might have to make brackets to attach to your frame. They could be used as decoration in the flower garden and grow climbing flowers. Use as trellis. Kind of a funky artwork.
In the garden, trailing flowers like roses over them.
make a bench or porch swing
Folks, please read through the conversation thread first. Isabelle has already shared that she lives in an apartment without a yard, garden, or porch.
I would definitely paint it a beautiful color and stick it in the garden for decoration and for climbing vines.
