I just cut up a fresh pineapple & for some reason, I took the top of it & put it in a bowl of water. Will it get roots? Anything I need to do to it or just leave it in the bowl & keep it filled with water & leave it on the counter? Thanks guys !

I'm not sure if it will, but if so plant it. You will need a climate that is similar to Hawaii or other places that grow them.
First of all take out allthe small leaves on the bottom of the leafytop. then place it in water until o see soe roots growing, In a pot with potting soil dig a hole and plant it. Keep in a warm place. Make sure it has a drainage underneath to keep some humidity while it is growing, Wait a week or two and new shoots will grow,

Yes you can plant it. Make sure there isn't anything but the core, meaning remove all of the fruit and let it grow roots.
