How do I clean dull vinyl siding?

The thing I like the best to use garland and make Christmas Trees for the front yard. Add lights and it looks fantastic
Use them to support tomatoes is the obvious answer. However you could put them around new plants in the spring and add plastic sheets to make a temporary greenhouse to keep plants from frost damage. It can also keep pets away.
