I would like to know how to get rid those pesty little sink/drain flies. I've tried baking soda and vinegar, drain cleaners and put plastic over the drains.
Butterfly bush, zinnias, marigolds, thyme, basils, lavender, sages, coreopsis, pachysandra, cone flowers (Echinacea), petunias, pentas, some sedums, iris, daffodils, Peruvian Daffodils, Hyacinths, Scilla, garlic, yarrow, astilbe, spiderwort, brunnera, lantana, cedar trees, false cyprus, peonies, Siberian Iris, Poppies.
Don't bother with some varieties of Nine Bark, Daylilies, Most Arborvitaes, Red twig dogwoods, some lilacs, rose of sharon, or Roses, clovers, Hydrangeas,because these are like caviar to them.
Rutgers University in NJ has an extensive list of plants most/least preferred by deer, which is worth printing out.
Because you're inundated with deer, you may still need to spray Deer Away or a similar repellent, as they still browse plants, and their bedding down/urinating in your yard will lead to lawn damage.

One would have to wear nose plugs, a neighbor gave me a recipe with eggs and i almost threw up but you are right, it works. I have been looking for lavandar but no where to be found, probably others in my deer area are buying it up. Thank you so much , info helpful.
