Hello Renee,
Where is the Plywood - Walls, Work top?
You could paint your floor a base color and then stencil it:

Where is the plywood? Inside outside? Walls? Floors? I’m going to assume walls. The easiest would likely be wallpaper.
Hello. Can you give us a picture of your project that currently exists or some more details about your concerns. The best answer will be achieved if we have some more information.
If inside, plywood can be a great canvas for painting and stenciling!!
Hi Renee, could you tell us where the plywood is located? Inside, outside, is it siding, roofing, flooring? Our advice would be different depending on the information you provide. Plywood can be covered with most any other mateterials such as vinyl flooring, copper, stainless steel, laminate, paint, epoxy, lattice, roll roofing, shake shingles, etc., but it would truly depend on where the plywood is now that you are wanting to cover.
Thinking you are talking about sub floor. Home Depot/Lowes has some new great options you might want to think about instead of putting ceramic tile or hardwood flooring. I love this new waterproof vinyl floating floor product out there. It doesn't have to be grouted either. Great for basements where you are prone to flooding, hurricane zones or bathrooms and kitchens. Just a thought. Assuming you are referring to flooring of course.
It’s going to depend on where this plywood is located, inside, outside, a basement, a wall, in a shed — you need to take that into consideration which will help narrow your options.
Folks, please read through the entire thread before responding.
Renee already answered in the second posting that the plywood is on the floor.
Hi! I used floor paint on plywood underlayment and it held up really well.
You can buy a very thin veneer for the surface.

Could you paint it?
Contact paper, you could get thin sheets of Formica and glue it on sold at home depot
Hi Renee, is this indoors? You could paint it, you could do contact paper on it, or you can put paneling on it.
