Have you got weatherstripping installed already? Or a sweep type strip across the bottom of the door?
Those wider rolls of weatherstripping are great for a seal around the garage doors. You can get them at Home Depot.

Hi! They make thick gaskets just for the garage. Go to any website including Home Depot , Lowes , Walmart or amazon and use their search feature to find what they have in stock. Good luck1
