How do I clean my man made shower?
What is a man made shower? Can you provide a photo? Depends on the material used for specific cleaners.
Hi Priscilla, my go-to staple has always been a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water but it really does depend on what your shower is made of.
Hi Priscilla, do you have tiles in your shower?
Perhaps post a pic... Start with a good quality cleaner and some elbow grease..
Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 solution of Dawn dish soap and vinegar. Spray it on the shower and let it work. If they are tough stains, you may have to scrub with a plastic scrubber! I use this regularly and it cleans off soap scum and hard water stains.
YIou'll get better advice if you let us know what the "man-made" shower is created from.....tiles, plastic panels, rocks? Usually a good cleaner such as "Awesome" from the DollarTree works well on most surfaces. Also a DIY mixture of 50/50 water/vinegar with a squirt of Dawn dishwashing liquid for degreasing and soap scum removal will work in a pinch. Use with a mesh scrubby or soft brush.
We use a 32 oz empty water bottle with 5-6oz blue dawn dish soap, fill to the top with vinegar. Recap an give it a mix. Cut or poke some holes in the cap and spritz allover the shower. Brush clean, rinse well.
Hi Pricilla, so what exactly do you mean by man made? If you mean cultured marble, hope this helps you out.

Hello more information might be helpful. Is your shower fiberglass or cultured marble or something else?
does it have tile
Hi Priscilla: Here's one way to clean a shower. Soap scum or build up can be removed from showers, sinks, or bathtubs using a 50/50 mixture of distilled white vinegar and water. Add about 1/2 cup of each to a spray bottle and spray a small area. Wipe the area immediately with the soft cloth. You may need some elbow grease to get it all off. Good luck
Wet and forget shower is the best thing I’ve ever used. I just can’t use in my marble tub so there I use zep or Lysol shower cleaner.
