Hi Linda, this is one of my favorite DIYs that I made for myself with chicken wire and an old frame: https://www.hometalk.com/25978043/an-old-frame-and-chicken-wire-upcycled-into-a-jewelry-hanger I love how it displays all of my favorite jewelry but also keeps it really well organized. Small earrings and rings I keep in a little jewelry box.

Depends on what type of jewellery and what your budget is.
If you like upcycling and just need a solution for beads / necklaces, then an old wooden hanger and a bunch of little screw-in hooks will do the trick. I made mine in less than 20 minutes.
I guess it depends if you want it hidden or on display. This is a pretty way to show it off if you're into upcycling. Otherwise, I recommend a nice wall mounted case with a tarnish free lining. https://www.hometalk.com/22743512/jewelry-display-from-upcycled-windows-thrift-store-find-
I bought a towel hanging rod and added S hooks to it to hang my necklaces on.
