Have you tried CLR?
Try using baking soda and a kitchen scrubby to remove the rust stains. Wet the tub down and liberally sprinkle the baking soda, let it sit for a while then scrub. A word of warning. Should not use epsom salt in a fiberglass tub. It reacts with chlorine in the water and will damage the clear coat on the tub.
I use Cerama Bryte on mine.
Have you tried a Magic Eraser on the stains?

Comet with bleach (powder) and a magic eraser. I discovered this trying to remove professional drain acid stain from a shower floor. I had tried many things but this worked amazingly. The bleach in the comet eats the magic eraser but maybe that's part of why it works.
try CLR
Young Living's Thieves cleaner
Clr may help
Two things I would try. First: a paste made of hydrogen peroxide and white vinegar left on there for a day or two. Second: The toughest cleaner I have EVER found is The Works Toilet Bowl cleaner. It really does work on everything just be careful with it!
Hello,
You could use Barkeeper Friend or use WD-40 . Use soapy water to clean after.
