Certainly. If it was pre-pasted, you may have to use additional adhesive, but you certainly can use the images, just cut them out and use adhesive to secure it.
yes- wallpaper is great for shelves, for decopodging, for making memory boards

Hi Wendylou I've see mod podge used most often for applying paper to wood.
That should work great! I'm assuming it's a roll of wallpaper - and not already applied to the wall? That would be more challenging if it's not a roll. :)
That sounds like a very cool project! I'm curious how big the image is because it will be difficult to peel it off without it ripping. If you use hot water and fabric softener and make sure the paper is really wet, it will help you to peel off bigger pieces. If you are going to remove the wallpaper anyway, Just try and peel off the biggest pieces you can (go slow) so that you can preserve them for your wood board/shelf.
I would say Yes. You may need to seal it with a clear coat to preserve the images.
Yes! You could modge podge it onto the shelf and then seal it
You should be able to mod podge that onton a wood board easily.
Of course u can. Stick on on tattoos also work great on glass decorations
