I would check with an antique dealer/appraiser for an accurate estimate of worth.
Your best bet is to check with an antique dealer or appraiser in your area to get the best idea since they can see the piece in person.
Similar table sold at auction in 2015 for $140. Antique/vintage furniture has been at a downswing since 2007.
Many local antique dealers will give free appraisals. People get them for insurance purposes.
Unfortunately, not worth much. See this auction at $41

see if the mfg of the table has a website and send them a photo and ask them about the table- or take to an antique store for appraisal we have no idea what items are worth
Hello Cheryl,
Look up on eBay and see if there is anything like it on sale! At the moment Brown furniture is not fashionable at the moment. People are looking for simpler lines, but that is not to say it is worthless. An it's only worth what someone will pay for it! They would be someone with out emotional investment in the piece. They may only buy it to re-configure or paint, but there could be someone who would pay more because they actually love the piece just as it is. You can never tell! Good luck.
Hi there, here is the same table up for auction, starting bid $41

Hi! I've seen vintage and antique furniture go for so many varying prices online, you may be better off to get a professional appraisal if you believe it's valuable. Read up on the history and then call someone local. You may get an offer to buy, but a seller will offer you less than what they would ask, as they need a profit. Ultimately, it is worth what the people buying furniture are willing to pay on the open market. Mid century seems to be very popular for example, right now, although I personally don't care for most of it. Good luck!
Hi, Andrew. This is quite a lovely piece. Although, the auction showing a price of $41.00 is not much, you will have to decide what it is or isn’t worth to you. As it was a piece previously owned by your grandparent, chances are it is worth more than $41.00 to you. My parents had only girls and we all inherited many antique pieces from their estate. Okay, here comes the unsolicited advice. IF you are thinking of selling the piece think long and hard BEFORE you do it. Once it is gone, it is gone. Good luck.
Take a picture and go down to your local antique store. They should be able to steer you to the right person to help you if they can't answer this.
Hello,
Ask a Furniture Restorer or an Antiques Dealer or look up the design in a Furniture book. Some would also say, It is only worth what someone is willing t pay for it! Good luck! Might try looking on eBay?
