Do you have a Cricut? You could make some great decals with it. I don’t think deco podge would be very washable.
you would need an actual glass to use to drink from and anything like vinyl or paper etc would not be washable so therefore not very sanitary - you could decorate a beer glass but keep in mind it wouldn't be really useable

ModPodge now offers a "dishwasher safe" product so this might be what you could use to decopage a design or picture onto the beer glass.

You can and I would recommend dishwasher safe Mod Podge for safe cleaning.
