If you are looking for a quick summer themed crochet project, then here is it. One of my favorite projects to crochet has always been Crochet Coasters. Crochet coasters are among the easiest and the quickest patterns to make. With summer already here, I thought of making some beach color themed Coastal Flower Crochet Coasters.

Make these Coasters for any occasion by changing the color theme. They will also make lovely gifts for your loved ones.

Here is the Video Tutorial:-

12 Double Crochets in the Magic Circle.

Pull the yarn end to close the gap.

Slip Stitch on top of the first Double Crochet.

Change color while making the slip stitch.

12 Stitches.

To Make a Double Crochet Cluster Stitch:-

  1. Yarn over, insert the hook into the stitch, yarn over and pull through 2 loops on the hook.(This is same as doing a Double Crochet Stitch. It is just that , you don't finish the Double Crochet Stitch and continue doing the first part of the Double Crochet Stitch again and again). You should have 2 loops on the hook.
  2. Yarn over, insert the hook in the same stitch, yarn over and pull through 2 loops. You should have 3 loops on the hook.
  3. Continue with the first part of Double Crochet stitch untill you have 5 loops on the hook.
  4. Yarn over and draw the yarn through all 5 loops on the hook.
  5. Chain 1.

Round 5:-

Chain 5.

1 Single Crochet in between the cluster stitch.

Repeat all around.

Round 6:-

Slip into the first Chain 5 space.

Change color while making the slip stitch.

Chain 2(Not Counted as a stitch. Its just to bring the yarn to a working height)

5 Double Crochets, Chain 2, 5 Double Crochets(all in the same stitch.

Slip stitch into the next Chain space.Repeat*((5DC,Chain 2, 5DC), Slip stitch into the next stitch).

Slip stitch on top of the 1st Double Crochet and weave off.
