Easy
- 1 9″ chair spring, you can buy these on easy or from a furniture making supply store
- 1 6″ grapevine wreath
- An assortment of mosses, I used Spanish moss, green moss, and some shredded straw for the actual nest
- I used a small piece of sheet moss to put down inside of the spring as a base for the nest
- Pods from a tree, or pinecones ( think about the natural things that a bird would add to a nest) some of this you can get at the Dollar Tree
- Twigs or curly willow
- A spring or two of faux greenery
- 1 bird
- 3 small faux eggs
- Twine
- Spray Glue
- Disposable gloves
- Glue gun
- Glue sticks
- Roll up a piece of sheet moss and insert it into the spring, this creates a base for the nest
- Hot glue the wreath onto the top of the spring
- Wearing rubber gloves spray your assortment of mosses with spray glue and form into a nest with your hands
- Place the nest inside of the wreath on the spring
- Add some spring of curly willow around the edge of the nest with the glue gun
- Add some pods or branch pieces to your nest just like a bird would, use the hot glue gun to attach
- This is what your nest should look like at this point
- Choose some small branches of faux and real to add into the nest
- This is what the nest should look like after you have added the twigs and branches
- Tie a bow around the nest with some twine
- Add a few fake birds eggs
- Add a bird
- Enjoy!!!!!

Thank you so much. I hope you give it a try. Maybe you can rescue an old nest from one of the wrens.
