I have heard of under counter microwaves and under counter storage but never under counter products. I even goggled it for a description but nothing.
Not sure what you are asking. Sorry.
Sadly weeds grow back in spite of what you use on them! Digging them out by the roots is usually most effective.

DIY Weed Killer
Natural Weed Killer
Weed killers are over the counter, nothing is under the counter, maybe you have a different explanation of what you mean by under the counter products. Maybe you have weeds growing under the counter?
What I use is 1 gallon of cleaning strength vinegar, available at diy stores
1 cup salt
1/4 cup blue dawn dishsoap
Spray this mixture on the weeds, wait for a hot clear, windless day with no rain in sight.
2 cups white vinegar
¼ cup salt
Squirt of dawn
Mix in a spray bottle. If you have a larger area, you can mix in a garden sprayer with larger quantities. Use when it will not be raining for a few hours so that it isn’t washed away.
This will permanently kill the weeds you are treating. However, remember that as the wind blows new seeds will enter the area and you will have to reapply. I find it to be a monthly task to truly stay on top of it. Even if I use a commercial grade weed killer.
Hi Bob,
Under the Counter? Did you mean illegal?? or perhaps you meant Over the Counter?
Answer. Brush Killer (It kills everything it touches, or Fire Lance kills what you burn with it.
What meant is house hold liquid's or dry to mix to kill the weeds.
