Well Kat this probably won't be a very popular response but if you've tried all natural options like vinegar, hydrogen peroxide etc and are still have problems you may want to go for something more hard core. Whenever I run into something impossible like that I grab the ONE commercial non-natural product I keep in our home which is The Works toilet bowl cleaner. Its scary how well it works.. I would squirt some on there, let is sit 30 minutes and then use a long handled scrubby brush on the problem spots before rinsing it really well with hot water.
The Easy Off in the blue can works wonders.
Used this on our spare bathroom shower (hubby is not the cleanest person).
Use gloves and your exhaust fan since even though the can states it is fume free it sticks a little.
Amazing how good it looks now.
First, use vinegar to kill the mold spores. Then you can use a whitening cleaner (peroxide might be your best bet) to get any stains off. As far as not bending over you can use a broom or purchase a scrubber that has a long handle. I have the rechargeable spin brush. It's around $20 and worth every dime in my opinion.
If you've noticed mildew in your bathroom, you can typically get rid of it using some white vinegar and baking soda. To do this, fill a spray bottle with white vinegar, spray the areas that are covered with mildew and let the white vinegar sit for a few hours.
Easy Off Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Spray it on, let it sit and liquefy, then rinse
It is difficult to endorse a product that is as caustic as an oven cleaner to use in a bathroom shower, but the Hometalkers are correct, use Easy Off.

Clean the Tub Without Breaking Your Back
Hi! Buy a broom for scrubbing your shower and you will never regret it! No bending! Plus, when it comes to cleaning my bathroom, I use chemicals. I like Scrubbing Bubbles and Kaboom. They really lift the grime.
Agreed with the broom
I spray mine with Clorox Clean up and it clears up the mold and mildew - use a squeege in the shower to prevent the water from standing on the walls, etc. you could also get someone to remove the old caulking and then treat it and let it dry then add new caulk
Spray a cleaner on paper towels very wet put it on the mold leave there over night put a soaked paper towel over every mold spot they will be gone in the morning

I use this to clean my entire bathroom. Spray my shower down once a week and never have mildew. Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn.
We use CLR in a spray bottle.
When I am cleaning for clients shower stalls or tubs, I use a long-handled brush. You can buy one of the pricey electric ones, or a long-handled shower brush, or get a carpet brush with a hole in the middle and buy a long pole with a screw end to fit into your brush.... I just buy the dollar tree broom handles.
I use bleach in a spray bottle.
