You should be able to touch-up the paint. Go to your local hardware/home improvement store and ask them to recommend the best paint for your door.
Here are the instructions:
This is an easy fix. Use Bondo or any type of auto body filler to fill and repair the scratches. You will probably have to repaint the entire door. The repaired area could look different with the new paint. Fortunately, the steps are really easy to do.
1) Wash the door to remove dirt and oxidation. A mild dish soap and warm water should do the trick.
2) Lightly sand the scratched area with 120 grit sand paper. This will roughen up the area and remove any protruding paint edges.
3) Prime the area needing the repair with a good fast drying oil based primer. A spray can of Zinsser Cover Stain will work great.
4) Apply two thin coats of the auto body filler. Fill the area slightly higher than the surrounding area. Allow an hour for drying before proceeding.
5) Sand the area smooth and level with the surrounding door surfaces. Use 150 grit or finer sandpaper.
6) Now reprime the area with the same primer you used previously. The door is ready for repainting or try touching up the repaired area.

you could always use a magic marker in the color of the door to cover scratches until you can paint it - if it is a new home ask the builder for a small amt of paint for the door
You can always lightly sand with a green scrubbie then paint the door.
Lightly sand and repaint
Sounds like you may need a new coat of paint to cover up those scratches. You can sand it flat and re-paint.
That's happened to us. If the paint is actually gone you'll need to repaint. You might be able to use a touch up paint pen to just cover the scratches if they're mall enough. You put the paint in the pen and just brush it on.
Lightly sand and repaint.
Hi! Take a deep breath - it is very easy to take care of this. First, clean it. You will understand after you start. Who knew a door could be so dirty? I like microfiber cloths, some warm soapy water, and a couple magic erasers. You can use dish detergent for the soap. This is all easier if you can take it off and work on it while it's horizontal. Not going to happen? Okay, protect your floor and anything nearby before you start. Once the door is clean and dry, sand any damaged areas (I like sponge sanders) and wipe down after sanding with a damp microfiber cloth. I like Rustoleum paint for metal doors. You can use a mini roller and paint brush to apply your new paint. You can touch up the old color or totally change it. That's totally your choice. Good luck!
If it’s paint loss versus scuffing you may need to repaint. I have found that putting adhesive felt on the back of the wreaths or wreath hangers is helpful
Sand scratches and paint the door. If you can color match it it may just need a touch up
Can’t you just touch them up with paint
Your best bet is to clean it up and then repaint with a door paint that is formulated for exterior metal doors.
Good opportunity to paint your door a beatiful new color. Have fun and be bold.
