First you need a replacement tile. Hammer and chisel the old one out, carefully to not damage the others. For just replacing 1, some construction adhesive to hold it. Re grout and your good. Challenge will be matching up colors. Good Luck
A Multi Tool is a great start. It has several blades to remove grout and get under the edge of the old tile to remove adhesive. Craftsmen has on that is battery operated. Check on Amazon. Use it to grind the old grout out then the tile. Clean edges of surrounding tile with it. Add tile adhesive to new tile and regrout.
Remove the grout around the tile and then break & remove the tile. Then clean the area, affix new tile with mastik, grout, and seal.
Make sure to tape of surrounding area to around accidental breakage. Wear protective eyewear and clothing for the break & removal step.

We've chiseled them out and added new ones in their place.
There are lots of tutorials online and on YouTube. Generally you remove the grout around the tile, remove the tile, clean up the mortar a bit, set a new tile in, then grout.
