New Curtains in the Dining Room

Jim L on Jan 13, 2013Puddling drapes are left-overs from those cold, drafty English Castles. Whey they were closed, the extra fabric was tucked close to the window or door to help stop a draft. For the "puddle" to look right, the fabrick should be opaque or something heavey. This this "stuff" looks bad.
