Make a Balloon Bouquet
Why bring flowers when you can make a statement with a big bouquet of balloons?!
Simply fill a vase (about 1/2 way) with rocks or pebbles.
Blow up balloons and tie them around skinny sticks.
You can tie 2 or 3 balloons onto one stick for a full effect.
Arrange the sticks in your vase and there you go!
