Potatoes in 5 gal buckets

I have had great success with potatoes so far in my five gallon bucket I punched holes in the bottom added about 6 inches of soil and 4 spuds. each time they get another 4 to 6 inches tall I add more soil covering up everything except the tops.
Now that they are nearing the top of the bucket I had to devise something to keep it going (put on my thinking cap)
I made a cage out of leftover hardware cloth from my chicken coop and made a circle small enough to fit down over them in the bucket
Line the cage with a clear plastic bag and tear the bottom of the bag open
This should hold in the soil and still allow for sunshine
Now I can continue to add soil let them grow... add more soil and I should have a bumper crop of potatoes which will be easy to get at! Any other ideas?

DO YOU JUST KEEP ADDING SOIL UNTIL IT GETS TO THE TOP OF CHICKEN WIRE?
