Look for a bin system for small parts/screws at your local home improvement store.
Form narrow shelves or maybe if jars are small pop them in Cutlery Trays and stack them.
If you have the space, put your beads in plastic pop bottles with the screw caps and mount them on a rack, hold them in place with bungee cord.
